We ship all of our advertised products throughout the United Kingdom with exceptions to Northern Ireland who will not currently accept perishables.

We ship non-perishable items to Europe & Africa, Australia & The Middle East. HOWEVER, we will not be shipping fresh fruits. It is not viable and we could never guarantee your fruit would arrive edible.

International orders may be subject to import and customs taxes which are set by your nation. We have no control over these charges and as the customer you are liable to pay them if your parcel is subject to inspection by customs.

Sorry for the inconvenience, our system automatically generates an email / text to the contact details supplied when ordering. First please check your junk / spam box on your email accounts.

Alternatively, if you can email us a screenshot of the order confirmation page we can locate your order on the system and send you your confirmation. If this is not possible send us an email including the name on the order, the shipping address, and the approximate time of the order. Our team can then respond accordingly.

Fruit orders are dispatched within 4-7 working days not including the day you ordered.

This means orders placed today will be process and dispatched the following week on Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays.

All Fruits orders are dispatched via DPD next day delivery meaning you can expect your parcel the day after you receive your tracking number.

DPD provide real time tracking updates and give 15 minute delivery slots and give you full control over customising your delivery experience.

This helps reduce our impact on the environment by streamlining our imports and our shipping days.

All non-perishables are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays via next day Royal Mail delivery.

So that we can get you your order as soon as possible, in cases where you have ordered non-perishable items with your fruit, they will be dispatched within 48 hours, separately of your fruit.

It is not possible to pack your non-perishables with your fruit boxes as our intentions are always to fill our boxes with fruit.

You will receive your tracking information via email to the contact details supplied on the order.

Yes, we send out your tracking information via the contact method you select when you check out (email or SMS).

You are able to track your fruit orders via DPD Online Tracking 

You are able to track your non-perishable orders via Royal Mail Track & Trace 

Please Note: You will only receive your tracking number the day that your package has been dispatched typically after 4-7 working days.

Delays are typically due to two reasons: Availability and Customer Details.

Due to the nature of importing and availability of fresh produce sometimes there can be availability issues which we will do our best to communicate to you via email.

Sometimes there's an issue with the supplied delivery address which our team will proactively reach out to seek a confirmed address.

If you have received no notifications about delays or address verifications please reach out to the customer service team by replying to your confirmation email.

Our fruit undergoes a strict quality control protocol before being packed and dispatched. Due to the unpredictable reality involved like variations of temperature and the way the shipping company handles the package can cause even the best fruit to perish quickly. 

On the rare occasion that your fruit doesn’t travel well and does not arrive in pristine condition, please send us photos of the affected fruits to info@fruitsnrootzuk.com within 24 hours of your package being delivered.


Once we've received the pictures that you have provided we will discuss with our team internally regarding and off you with a partial refund in the form of a credit note or replacements. 

All of our products are only packed after passing a rigorous quality control process, if on the off-chance that you do experience any issues, please take the steps following within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Take photos of the issue, make a video if you feel it's necessary. PLEASE NOTE -  The pictures must include evidence to support your claimContact our customer service team as soon as possible via email, you can reach us HERE.Make sure you include your order number so we can find your order.We can only process claims submitted within 24 hours of the box being delivered due to the perishability of organic fresh fruits and vegetables.

Once you have emailed us, our customer service team will be back in touch with you within 48 hours. 

In alignment with consumer rights we'll happily provide refunds to customers who're in receipt of sub-standard produce in the form of credit notes that are sent via gift cards redeemable on our store. Please note we will only issue credit notes for orders that have failed to be delivered and orders with photographic/video evidence of the fault.

We aim to make our packaging as sustainable as possible. Whilst all of our packaging is made from recycled products and is recyclable, we acknowledge that we can become better and plan to further reduce our footprint as we grow.
