Fruit Boxes
All Fruit orders are processed for dispatch within 4-7 working days not including the day you order. You will receive an email or text message confirming your tracking number and a delivery slot with DPD which you are able to amend to accommodate your schedule.

Sea Moss
Between Monday & Friday we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. If there are any issues or problems you will be notified via the email that you purchased with.
All UK orders shipped via Royal Mail 24 a tracked delivery service that typically delivers in 2 working days. You will receive shipping notifications alerting you of your expected delivery time via Royal Mail and even have the ability to amend delivery instructions.
Soursop Tea
The price of Soursop Tea includes Royal Mail 1st Class shipping via Royal Mail inside the UK which is NOT a tracked service. An option to add tracking will be offered at the checkout if it is required and free tracking is automatically applied to all Soursop Tea orders that are paired with other dried goods like Sea Moss.
All International orders are charged at the carrier rate and are shipped via Royal Mail, parcels are passed on to partner couriers in the shipping country for domestic delivery. All orders including Soursop Tea are trackable with the tracking number sent to your email. International deliveries are expected to be delivered within 7 working days depending on your location.
All of our products are only packed after passing a rigorous quality control process, if on the off-chance that you do experience any issues, please take the steps following within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Take photos of the issue, make a video if you feel it's necessary.

We can only process claims submitted within 24 hours of the box being delivered due to the perishability of organic fresh fruits and vegetables.
Once you have emailed us, our customer service team will be back in touch with you within 48 hours.
In alignment with consumer rights we'll happily provide refunds to customers who're in receipt of sub-standard produce in the form of credit notes that are sent via gift cards redeemable on our store. Please note we will only issue credit notes for orders that have failed to be delivered and orders with photographic/video evidence of the fault.
** International Orders & Customs Charges**
International orders may be subject to import and customs taxes which are set by your nation. We have no control over these charges and as the customer you are liable to pay them if your parcel is subject to inspection by customs.
